Raise a glass! Edinburgh Beer Factory has launched its latest creation, Paolozzi Black - Nitro Stout, at an exclusive event at Traverse Theatre.
Last night, on Tuesday 21 October 2025, the Traverse Bar was abuzz with the newest addition to our menu – joining a range of Edinburgh Beer Factory favourites we offer, including the famous Paolozzi series.
Paolozzi Black - Nitro Stout is a new velvety-smooth, creamy brew with notes of coffee and cocoa, ideal for the coming winter weather.
Family-run and owned, Edinburgh Beer Factory has been a long-standing supporter of Traverse Theatre – sponsoring vital projects including Traverse Festival and A Play, A Pie and a Pint.
Last night’s event was also catered by Piemaker, which A Play, A Pie and a Pint regulars will know as our supplier of Edinburgh’s best pies and pastries.
"The Traverse Theatre was the perfect place for us to launch our new Paolozzi Black Nitro Stout - creative, independent and full of character, just like the beer!" Edinburgh Beer Factory said at the event.
