Submissions: Letters to our future government
Attention changemakers! The future is in your hands. Let’s get political.
If you are between the ages of 13-25 and live in the UK & Ireland, the Traverse wants to hear from you!
We are looking for young people to write letters, poems, songs and speeches to our future government.
You don’t need to be an expert on politics, a writer or a poet. You just need to have something to say. This is your opportunity to have your voice heard and tell us about the issues you really care about.
You can write about anything you want, in any form you want, we only ask that your starting point is “To Our Future Government”.
Submissions are open until Friday 12 July. A selection of submissions will be performed live at the Traverse by professional actors from stage and screen as part of our TravFest24 programme. Submissions should be no longer than 3 minutes when read out loud.
We want to hear from you! If you have any questions about getting involved, please don’t hesitate to contact us at writing@traverse.co.uk.
