An update to our Access Booking process

News 15 Nov 2023

We are continually striving to improve accessibility within our venue and throughout your ticket purchase experience. To aid this, we have revamped the way we gather information on accessibility considerations to give you greater control and to reduce how often we ask you for these details.

Here’s how you can update your own access considerations:

Log in to your online Traverse account HEREand select Other Preferences. This option is available either from the sidebar when viewing on a desktop or from the dropdown menu when using a phone or tablet.

There, you can review the Access Information you'd like us to consider. Any information already in place has been gathered from your previous visits and current requests.

We have also been trialling a new system to make booking companion and wheelchair access tickets easier, by implementing the option to book accessible seat selection online, as well as by phone or in person with our Sales and Welcome Team. Depending on your noted access preferences, a variety of accessible seating options will be available for you to choose from when purchasing your ticket.

The next performance trialling this new seating selection is Mark Thomas in England and Son (Tue 5 - Sat 9 Dec). If you're interested in attending one of these performances, we would love to hear your feedback on your online booking experience. Your comments will help shape this feature as we extend it to future performances.

We thank you for your patience & cooperation and look forward to you visiting the Traverse soon.
