About

“A fantastic sound ... smashing every stereotype there is” – Lynette Fay, BBC Radio Ulster

Eleanor Dunsdon and Gregor Black is a multi-award-winning Glasgow-based harp and percussion duo blending traditional music with jazz, folk, classical, and electronic influences. Graduates of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, they aim to create a sound that challenges perceptions of the harp and pushes the boundaries of the traditional music scene.

Danny Kyle award-winners at Celtic Connections and Purbeck Rising winners in 2024, the duo have performed at Southport’s Love Folk Festival, the Edinburgh International Harp Festival, were voted winners of the Introducing Stage at West Coast Folk Festival 2025, and sold out venues on their 2025 UK tour.

They were recently chosen as UKHA Emerging Artists and released their debut EP, Let No Man in April 2024, which has been championed on BBC Radio3, BBC Radio Ulster, BBC Radio Scotland, RTÉ Radio 1 and awarded FATEA Magazine’s EP of the Year 2024 award.
