Looking for a ticket to a sold-out performance? You can use our Returns Waiting List or Returns Queue!

RETURNS WAITING LIST

Once a show is sold out, you can add your name to the returns waiting list by contacting our Sales & Welcome Team by phone (0131 228 1404), email (boxoffice@traverse.co.uk) or in person at the Sales & Welcome counter.

If you are emailing please make sure to include:

  • Your name
  • Phone number. Please make sure this is a number you will be available on the day before your requested performance.
  • The production, performance date and time you would like to book for
  • The number of tickets you would like. We advise requesting no more than to 2 tickets per performance.

We reserve the right to close the returns waiting list once interest exceeds expected opportunity of returns.

If return tickets become available for you to purchase, we will phone you on the number you have provided to notify you. If you miss the call, we will move on to the next name on the list, and you will retain your original position in the list. Please note that we cannot guarantee what time these calls will take place, but if you do not receive a call from us, unfortunately we do not have returned tickets available to offer you.

This waiting list is maintained up until the end of day prior to the performance date, as a separate in person Returns Queue will then be managed.

All tickets sold through the Returns Waiting List are sold at either full price or standard concession rate.

RETURNS QUEUE

On the day of each performance, any additional returned tickets will be sold through our In-Person Returns Queue.

If you would like to join our Returns Queue, please visit our Sales & Welcome counter ahead of the performance on the day, and provide your name and number of tickets you would like.

We will begin to distribute any available returned tickets to those in the Queue, in order of arrival, as they become available. You must be present in our main foyer when your name is called; if not, we will move to the next person on the list.

Please be aware that the amount of tickets likely to be returned for any performance is difficult to predict, and we cannot guarantee that there will be any returned tickets available.

All tickets sold through the Returns Queue are sold at either full price or standard concession rate.
