About

Welcome to Traverse 3, our online venue, full of events, shows, workshops and other activities, which can be explored and enjoyed wherever you are!

There's a huge range of stories available, created for, or reimagined in, a variety of formats, including films, podcasts, audio plays, performed readings and open access scripts, as well as conversations and provocations for audiences to join. And we're delighted to be working with many partner companies and creatives to present the most cutting edge and stirring shows around, including many world premieres.

We hope you'll join us.

To be kept up to date with all the latest news and events, why not sign up to our email newsletter, or follow us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram?

The Traverse Theatre is funded by Creative Scotland and The City of Edinburgh Council, with additional support from The Scottish Government Performing Arts Venues Relief Fund.
