About

Welcome to our online venue, Traverse 3.

Here you'll find a both a wide range of bold, provocative and innovative work that puts audiences at its heart, and a centre of excellence for anyone looking to develop their creative skills.

Opened during the pandemic, Traverse 3 now joins our year-round physical performance spaces Traverse 1 and 2 to present a continually refreshed programme of cutting-edge productions, immersive stories and political discussions, which can be experienced and contributed to by audiences everywhere.

This is also a space for collective growth and learning, enabling audiences to create their own work, unleash their creativity and become creative contributors, wherever they may be.

Share your Traverse memory

Can you help us tell the Traverse's story? Though we turn 60 years new in 2023, we can't tell our full story without the audiences who have been at our heart since day one. If you have tales to tell of your times at the Trav, or material connected to us that's languishing in a corner of your attic, we'd love to know! Here you can share your memories and memorabilia!
