Italy, 1984. Scotland’s Rose Reilly scores for Italy, helping them win the women’s World Cup.

Earlier, in Scotland, Rose is expelled from school, sacked from her job, handed a lifetime ban by the Scottish Football Association. The incredible true story of a girl from Ayrshire who refused to play by society’s discriminatory rules.
