Framework Festival 2025

Framework Festival is back!

Scotland’s emerging artist development festival is at the Traverse for another year. Join us for a full day of workshops, panels and performances all designed to support Scotland’s newest theatre-makers.

Come along to meet your peers, hear from industry professionals and enjoy scratch performances of new work.

This free event runs from 11am-6pm:

• 11am: Doors Open
• 11:15am: Speed Date Networking
• 12pm: Industry Panel
• 1pm: Lunch Break (bring your own, or head out and grab something!)
• 2pm: Workshop 1 (to be announced)
• 3:30pm: Workshop 2 (to be announced)
• 5pm: Scratch Performances
• 6pm: End of Day

We want artists to come and spend the whole day with us, to allow the event to benefit as many artists as possible! Tickets are free, and for the full day.

Framework Theatre is Scotland’s Support Organisation for Emerging and Early-Career Theatre Makers, run by Early-Career Theatre Makers.
