Edinburgh Short Film Festival
Now in its seventh year, the Edinburgh Short Film Festival has evolved into a highly dynamic and active short film curation agency which, aside from running its annual festival, also holds annual screening events with eight separate partner festivals and film organisations around the world, in Australia, France, Japan, Spain and the UK.
manipulate Festival are delighted to present a brilliantly eclectic selection of short films submitted to the festival over the past five years. The programme includes Best Film nominee Beetle Trouble, created by Zurich-born Edinburgh resident Gabriel Böhmer, and Chloe Leseur's TIS, winner of the inaugural Puppet Animation Scotland/Edinburgh Short Film Festival 2017 Best Animated Film Award.
This event is part of the Animated Film series at manipulate Festival 2018, which offers an immersive opportunity to enjoy a wide-range of eclectic contemporary animation from around the globe.
