For its third year, the Chrysalis festival raises the curtain on the best young theatre-makers from around the UK with a three-day showcase of ambitious performances and radical works-in-progress.

Workshops, Talks & Events
Running alongside the main Chrysalis programme will be a series of workshops, events and post-show discussions focusing on the topics covered by and approaches of the companies performing at the Festival. As well as events for YTAS members and festival participants there will be the following public workshops:
The World in Me: Writing for Youth Theatre, Friday 17 Nov, 3pm – 5pm

Experience three 20-minute experimental scratch performances by emerging young theatre-makers, including one by our Saltire-Award-winning ‘Emerging Director’. Contribute your own thoughts and ideas on how each piece could develop.
