We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Fundraiser who can hit the ground running, supporting the Traverse Theatre in its development of project, programme and business income generation.
Typical duties include: drafting successful applications and appeals for support; identifying and pursuing new sources of funding; maintaining the Traverse fundraising and customer databases; fulfilment and maintenance of funding relationships; collaborating to deliver creative and sustainable projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the charitable giving sector and strategic partnerships, excellent project management capabilities, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with stakeholders.
If you are the right person for this post, you are likely to have a proven track record of delivering against targets and deadlines, be ambitious, creative, tenacious and be ready to embrace a new challenge.
This is a full-time, permanent position. A probationary period of 6 months is applicable. Hours of work are 40 per week and are flexible in line with the needs of the organisation.
