A series of informal conversation-based workshops in which
participants will have the opportunity to meet and talk with
Traverse Artist in Residence Peter Arnott about this findings at
the ESRC Genomics
Forum.
You'll have the opportunity to talk to Peter about his work, and
will be invited to contribute to the Human Genre Project
website, which Peter is managing as part of his residency.
This kicks off at 4pm at the Traverse
Bar Cafe, and is a free, non-ticketed event so there is no need to
book through our box office. Those interested in taking part can
simply arrive on the day.
You can read more about what Peter is discovering at the Forum
on his regular blog.
About Peter's residency
Peter is Resident Playwright at Edinburgh University's ESRC
Genomics Forum, in an exciting partnership between the Forum and
the Traverse Theatre.
Based within the Forum at the University of Edinburgh, he is
working alongside Forum members, experts and Fellows as he explores
the subject of genomics, which covers areas as diverse as DNA
profiling, identity politics, plant and animal genetics,
personalised medicine, stem cell research and synthetic
biology. Read more about Peter's residency
