Fees
The Traverse Theatre does not charge a booking or transaction fee. The amount stated in the brochure and on this website is the final price you will pay for all tickets. Tickets can be collected free of charge from the Box Office or postal delivery is an available option and incurs a £1 charge per transaction.  

School Bookings
All tickets are £8 plus one complimentary teacher ticket for every 10 paying students. School bookings are not available for performances on Fridays and Saturdays. See reservations section for information on Traverse Theatre's group reservation policy. 

Group Bookings
One complimentary ticket for every 10 tickets bought (i.e. 11th ticket free).
Valid for full price tickets only. For group bookings, please email groups@traverse.co.uk. See reservations section for information on the Traverse Theatre's group holds policy.

For some discounts proof of concession will be required.

Payment
We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Delta, Solo and Visa Electron.
BOOKING: You can book tickets in person, over the phone or online.

Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets can only be refunded in the event of a show cancellation or change to performance date and time. Tickets can be exchanged for an alternative performance within the same run, up to 24 hours before the original performance booked. Exchanges are subject to a £1 fee per ticket up to a maximum of £5. 

Reservations
Unpaid reservations may be held for five days, or until five days prior to the performance. Reservations of 10 tickets or more can be held without payment for four weeks or until five days before the show. Reservations will be automatically released back to sale thereafter. Tickets will not be issued without payment. 

Latecomers
Latecomers may not be admitted. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for your journey to the Traverse. 

Sold out performances
A waiting list for returned tickets will be started one hour prior to the start time. This service is only available to personal callers at the Traverse and is limited to two tickets per person.
