The Traverse was designed by Edinburgh architects Nicholas Grove Raines, with a huge amount of help from the Traverse staff who had very clear ideas about what they wanted from the space. The result is one of Britains best theatre buildings. Click on a door on the image to start the tour. |
The
Traverse moved to its current site in 1992. We are part of the Saltire
Court complex which houses hundreds of offices as well as the prestigious
Atrium restaurant and blue bar café.
